- Booking & Payment
- Please book your tour in advance using our official phone number, website, or email.
- To confirm your booking, we may ask for a deposit or full payment.
- You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or any approved online method.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour to get a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, you will get 50% refund.
- No refund if you cancel on the tour day or do not show up.
- Tour Time & Plan
- The tour will start at the time and place we agreed on.
- If you want to change the tour plan, let us know in advance.
- The guide may change the route if there are weather problems, roadblocks, or other unexpected issues.
- Tour Guide’s Role
- The guide will share interesting and correct information about the places you visit.
- The guide will try to keep everyone safe during the tour.
- The guide is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or damages.
- Client’s Role
- Please be polite and follow local rules and culture.
- You are responsible for your own things. Keep your valuables safe.
- Health & Safety
- Please tell us if you have any health issues before the tour.
- We are not responsible for any health problems during or after the tour.
- Liability
- We are not responsible if the tour is delayed or canceled due to things like traffic, bad weather, or government rules.
- Changes to These Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time.
- If we do, we will let you know before your tour starts.
