1. Booking & Payment

• Please book your tour in advance using our official phone number, website, or email.
• To confirm your booking, we may ask for a deposit or full payment.
• You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or any approved online method.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour to get a full refund.
• If you cancel within 24 hours, you will get 50% refund.
• No refund if you cancel on the tour day or do not show up.

3. Tour Time & Plan

• The tour will start at the time and place we agreed on.
• If you want to change the tour plan, let us know in advance.
• The guide may change the route if there are weather problems, roadblocks, or other unexpected issues.

4. Tour Guide’s Role

• The guide will share interesting and correct information about the places you visit.
• The guide will try to keep everyone safe during the tour.
• The guide is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or damages.

5. Client’s Role

• Please be polite and follow local rules and culture.
• You are responsible for your own things. Keep your valuables safe.

6. Health & Safety

• Please tell us if you have any health issues before the tour.
• We are not responsible for any health problems during or after the tour.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible if the tour is delayed or canceled due to things like traffic, bad weather, or government rules.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• If we do, we will let you know before your tour starts.
